- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt with a bit of garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the garlic sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or oven until soft and slightly toasted.
- Spread garlic yogurt on each tortilla, then layer with lettuce, red onion, and roasted chickpeas.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
