- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 cups cooked shredded chicken with 1 cup barbecue sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the skillet and heat for 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through, then remove from heat.
- Warm each flour tortilla in the skillet for about 20 seconds per side until soft and flexible.
- Lay each tortilla flat and divide the warm barbecue chicken evenly down the center.
- Top each with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped romaine lettuce, and thinly sliced red onion.
- If desired, return assembled wraps to the skillet and heat gently for 1 to 2 minutes per side to slightly melt the cheese.
- Fold in the sides, roll tightly into wraps, slice in half, and serve immediately.
