Description

Creamy, sweet, and nostalgic, Korean Banana Milk is a refreshing homemade version of the beloved Korean drink, made with real bananas, milk, and a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas. Add them to a blender along with the milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla if needed.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
  5. Pour into a bottle or glass and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to chill.
  6. Shake well before serving and enjoy cold, plain or over ice.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
  • Skip the sugar if your bananas are already very sweet.
  • For a thicker, smoothie-like version, use frozen banana slices.
  • Store in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 2 days and shake before drinking.
