Description

Key Lime Pie Lush is a creamy, no-bake dessert that’s layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, tangy key lime cheesecake filling, and whipped topping. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for spring and summer gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh lime slices or zest for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until fully incorporated and creamy.
  5. Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
  8. Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs if desired.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  10. Garnish with lime slices or zest before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger lime flavor, increase the lime juice slightly or use more zest.
