Ingredients

- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg: 1
- Breadcrumbs: 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms: 250g, finely sliced
- Heavy Cream: 200ml
- Chicken Broth: 100ml
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, cumin, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Shape into kefta.
