Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, prepare the cake mix according to package instructions. Stir in the can of crushed pineapple (with juice) until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
