This Juicy Mayo-Parmesan Crusted Chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of savory flavor!


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange chicken on the prepared sheet and evenly spread the mixture on top of each piece.
  4. If you want additional texture, press breadcrumbs on the tops of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and tops are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
