- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken on the prepared sheet and evenly spread the mixture on top of each piece.
- If you want additional texture, press breadcrumbs on the tops of the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and tops are crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
