Description

Refreshing fruit and herb-infused ice cubes that turn plain water into a flavorful, immune-boosting drink. Perfect for staying hydrated and healthy year-round.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large strawberries, sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Enough water to fill ice trays
  • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Make sure your freezer is cold and the ice trays are clean and dry.
  2. Chop strawberries, slice lemons and oranges, and gently tear the mint leaves to release their aroma. Dissolve the honey in a bit of warm water.
  3. Place your ice cube trays on a flat tray or board for easy freezer transfer.
  4. Layer chopped fruits and mint into each compartment of the tray. Gently pour in the water and honey mixture until filled.
  5. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop cubes out and store them in a zip-top bag or container.
  7. Drop 1 to 2 cubes into a glass of water or sparkling drink and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use filtered water for crystal-clear cubes.
  • Freeze in stages to better suspend ingredients.
  • Try edible flowers or swap herbs for variety.
  • Store cubes in airtight containers to prevent freezer burn.
