- 500 grams chicken pieces
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and prepare a baking sheet
- Mix honey, chili flakes, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl until smooth
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Season chicken lightly and place vegetables on the baking sheet
- Roast vegetables for 20 minutes while cooking chicken in the skillet until golden and cooked through
- Pour the hot honey sauce over the chicken and toss until fully coated
- Serve by adding rice to bowls, topping with vegetables and glazed chicken, then sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions
Notes
- Add sauce at the end to keep it glossy
- Do not overcrowd the pan for better texture
- Adjust chili flakes to control spice level
