Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo blends creamy comfort with a spicy-sweet twist. Juicy chicken thighs are seared to perfection and drenched in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce infused with hot honey. Perfect for a quick yet impressive dinner.

- 1.5 pounds chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 12 ounces pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fill a saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and stir. Mix in Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth, then drizzle in hot honey. Adjust spice to taste.
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Slice the rested chicken. Add pasta to the sauce and toss. Use reserved water to loosen if needed.
- Top with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
- Adjust hot honey to taste — some brands are spicier than others.
- Don’t skip resting the chicken. It keeps it juicy!
- Great with garlic bread or a fresh salad on the side.
