Description

Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo blends creamy comfort with a spicy-sweet twist. Juicy chicken thighs are seared to perfection and drenched in a velvety Parmesan Alfredo sauce infused with hot honey. Perfect for a quick yet impressive dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • 12 ounces pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fill a saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir. Mix in Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth, then drizzle in hot honey. Adjust spice to taste.
  5. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  6. Slice the rested chicken. Add pasta to the sauce and toss. Use reserved water to loosen if needed.
  7. Top with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
  • Adjust hot honey to taste — some brands are spicier than others.
  • Don’t skip resting the chicken. It keeps it juicy!
  • Great with garlic bread or a fresh salad on the side.
