Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped chili, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
- Toast burger buns if desired.
