Description
A light and refreshing iced tea made with green tea, fresh mint, honey, and lemon slices. Perfect for hot days, it offers a soothing blend of herbal and citrus notes with a hint of natural sweetness.
Ingredients

- 4 green tea bags
- 1 packed cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 to 6 lemon slices
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 4 cups hot water
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water and let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Place green tea bags and mint leaves in a heatproof pitcher. Pour in hot water and steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and mint, then stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Add 2 cups of cold water to dilute and cool the tea.
- Add lemon slices and fresh mint if desired. Let cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until fully chilled.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with lemon and mint.
Notes
- Use filtered water for the cleanest taste.
- Chill glasses in advance for an extra cold drink.
- Bruise mint slightly before steeping to release more flavor.
- Store tea in a glass pitcher to avoid off-flavors.
