- 1/2 pack (15 pieces) corn or flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut tortillas into triangle-shaped chips using a knife or pizza cutter.
- In a small bowl, mix together ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sugar, onion powder, and salt.
- Lightly spray or brush tortilla chips with oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chips, tossing to coat if needed.
- Arrange the chips in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.
Notes
- For extra cheesy flavor, add 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast or finely grated Parmesan to the seasoning mix.
- You can also air-fry the chips at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes.
