- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping the broccoli into bite-sized florets, slicing the red onion thinly, and cooking and chopping the turkey bacon.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, white vinegar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Give the salad a final toss before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
