- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned or fresh artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions (usually 425°F/220°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped spinach and artichokes to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with sautéed spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve.
