Description

These Healthy Greek Yogurt Bagels are soft, protein-packed, and made without yeast. A quick, no-boil method delivers golden, delicious bagels in just 35 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 12 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour your hands and surface, then divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  4. Roll each piece into a log and shape into a bagel. Place on the baking sheet.
