- 1 head green leaf lettuce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Set a large skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Add a drizzle of oil to the skillet, then sauté the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned. Stir in the sauce and cook another 2 minutes.
- Simmer the turkey mixture on low for 2–3 more minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Remove from heat and top with green onions, carrots, and chopped peanuts.
- Serve with lettuce leaves on a platter and let everyone build their own wraps.
