  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Place a large pot on medium heat and let it warm up.
  2. Add olive oil, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, then add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
