- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and black pepper.
- Add a small amount of oil to the pan and let it heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well coated and slightly thickened.
- Add green onions, mix well, then serve hot.
