Description

A quick and flavorful ground beef stir fry loaded with crisp vegetables and coated in a savory sauce, perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and black pepper.
  3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and let it heat.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Add garlic, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is well coated and slightly thickened.
  7. Add green onions, mix well, then serve hot.
