Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, washed and unpeeled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place the sheet in the oven to preheat.
  2. Slice potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Remove the hot baking sheet and arrange wedges in a single layer, skin-side down.
  5. Sprinkle half the parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining parmesan and chopped parsley.
