Ingredients

- 500 grams ground beef
- 400 grams pizza dough
- 150 grams mozzarella cheese cubes
- 60 grams butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper until evenly combined.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic to prepare garlic butter.
- Divide pizza dough into equal portions and flatten each piece.
- Add a portion of seasoned beef and a cube of mozzarella in the center, then seal into a ball.
- Place balls on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush again with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Seal dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Do not overfill to keep shape intact.
- Reheat in oven for best texture.
