Description

Soft, golden dough balls filled with juicy seasoned beef and gooey melted cheese, brushed with rich garlic butter and finished with parmesan and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 400 grams pizza dough
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 60 grams butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper until evenly combined.
  3. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic to prepare garlic butter.
  4. Divide pizza dough into equal portions and flatten each piece.
  5. Add a portion of seasoned beef and a cube of mozzarella in the center, then seal into a ball.
  6. Place balls on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush again with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.
