- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add a bit of oil to the heated skillet.
- Place the shrimp in the skillet in a single layer.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and toss gently.
- Serve over bowls of warm white rice with lime wedges on the side.
