Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shell Pasta is a rich and comforting dish featuring juicy sirloin steak, buttery garlic sauce, and shell pasta that holds all the flavor. It’s a quick, crowd-pleasing dinner perfect for busy nights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil and cook the shell pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Return the steak to the pan and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Combine until the pasta is glossy and fully coated.
- Serve warm with extra cheese or a sprinkle of chili flakes, if desired.
Notes
- Use freshly minced garlic for best flavor.
- Let the steak come to room temperature before cooking for a better sear.
- Don’t overcook the garlic or it will turn bitter.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce feels too thick.
