- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 2 tbsp butter (for mashed potatoes)

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- While potatoes cook, melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and remaining 2 tbsp butter to the skillet. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and beef is coated in garlic butter.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the beef and remove from heat.
- Serve beef bites hot alongside creamy mashed potatoes.
