- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract; blend until well combined.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda, and kosher salt.
- Spread 2/3 of the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top of batter and swirl gently.
- Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over fluff and smooth slightly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
