Description

A fun, customizable burrito inspired by your fast food favorites. Packed with seasoned beef, beans, cheese, and all the fixings — it’s a flavor showdown in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  4. On each tortilla, layer rice, beans, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll each burrito tightly.
  6. Toast wrapped burritos in skillet for 2 minutes per side if desired.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the tortillas to prevent tearing.
  • Use foil to wrap burritos tightly for easy handling.
  • To make ahead, store each ingredient separately and assemble before eating.
