Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Notes
- Make sure to squeeze excess water from the spinach to prevent a watery dip.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Garnish with extra parsley for a fresh look.
