These peppermint white chocolate truffle bars are creamy, minty, and irresistibly festive. With just a few ingredients and no baking required, they’re the perfect holiday treat to whip up in no time.

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Place white chocolate chips in a mixing bowl and pour the warm mixture over them. Stir until the chips are fully melted and smooth.
- Fold in most of the crushed peppermint candies, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining peppermint on top and press lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Lift out of the pan using the parchment and cut into squares to serve.
