Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cubed bread. Drizzle with olive oil, then toss in garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Spread the bread cubes evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip them, then bake for another 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool completely for extra crunch before storing or serving.
