Description

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with eggs, a pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onion and garlic until soft, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, then let it simmer.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, add lasagna sheets, then ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and repeat layers until everything is used.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing, then serve warm.
