Description

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 crispy taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned.
  4. Drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, then simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Place taco shells in the oven and warm for 5 minutes until crisp.
  7. Spoon seasoned beef evenly into each taco shell.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  9. Serve immediately while warm.
