- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese (if using).
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes.
