Description

The Easiest No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake is a creamy, rich dessert made with a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and topped with luscious cherry pie filling. Perfect for when you need a quick and impressive dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until evenly incorporated and smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Top the cheesecake with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the surface.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before slicing and serving.
