Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano until smooth.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Arrange the sliced zucchini evenly in the dish, then pour the egg mixture over it and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
