Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano until smooth.
