Description
Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, filled with a sweet strawberry cheesecake mixture and fried until golden. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a decadent dessert treat.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 20–24 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Optional: fresh strawberries, diced (about 1/4 cup)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or chocolate sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and optional diced strawberries until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the filling into the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold into a triangle or seal into a pouch, pressing firmly to close and remove air pockets.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wontons in small batches until golden brown and crispy, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm, optionally with chocolate or strawberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wontons to prevent bursting during frying.
- Seal edges tightly to avoid oil seeping in.
- Air fry alternative: spray wontons lightly with oil and air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway.
