- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped pepperoni

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Press each circle into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups to form a crust.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly into each cup, then top with pepperoni.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then carefully remove and serve warm.
