- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices whole grain sandwich bread
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cucumber, yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Lay out the sandwich bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a generous layer of the cucumber filling on half of the slices.
- Top with the remaining slices and press gently.
- Trim crusts if desired and cut each sandwich into triangles or quarters.
- Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.

- Pat cucumbers dry to prevent soggy sandwiches.
