Description

Crustless Pizza is a low-carb, gluten-free twist on traditional pizza, featuring all the classic pizza toppings baked in a cheesy, egg-based casserole without the crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni or cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, onions, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm.
