- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 large low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (sugar-free preferred)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the sauce and set aside.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Lay out a tortilla. Spread a spoonful of sauce, then add cooked beef, a slice of cheddar, shredded lettuce, and pickles. Roll tightly.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Let rest for a minute, then slice and serve with extra sauce or pickles if desired.

- Do not overfill to prevent the wrap from bursting open.
- Pat lettuce dry before adding to avoid sogginess.
