Description

This crunchy low carb burger wrap brings you all the juicy, cheesy, and tangy flavors of a classic cheeseburger but in a crispy, low-carb tortilla shell. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or satisfying those burger cravings without the bun.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 large low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (sugar-free preferred)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the sauce and set aside.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Lay out a tortilla. Spread a spoonful of sauce, then add cooked beef, a slice of cheddar, shredded lettuce, and pickles. Roll tightly.
  5. Place the wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Let rest for a minute, then slice and serve with extra sauce or pickles if desired.
