Description

Crunchy Chocolate Bites are quick and easy no-bake treats made with crispy cereal and rich chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without turning on the oven, these bites are great for snacks, parties, or lunchboxes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
