- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low heat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft, then add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Transfer the cooked mixture into the slow cooker.
