- 2 lbs sirloin or stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add steak bites to the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, beef broth, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the steak bites and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or with a side of vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the steak bites in a skillet before adding to the crockpot.
- Adjust garlic to your taste preference.
