Description

Crockpot Easy Ravioli Lasagna is a no-fuss, family-friendly dinner made by layering frozen ravioli, marinara sauce, and cheese in a slow cooker. It’s a comforting and cheesy meal that tastes just like lasagna but takes a fraction of the effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli (do not thaw)
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using meat, brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  4. Top with a portion of the cooked meat (if using), more marinara sauce, and a handful of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the ravioli are tender and cooked through.
  7. Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired.

Notes

  • Use meat or keep it vegetarian by skipping the beef/sausage.
  • Try different ravioli fillings like spinach or mushroom for variety.
  • Leftovers reheat well and can be frozen in portions.
  • Use a liner or cooking spray for easier cleanup.
