  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a muffin tin or baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the muffin tin on a flat surface, ensuring each cavity is lightly coated to prevent sticking.
  4. Stack the seasoned potato slices vertically in each cavity, layering them tightly to create tall stacks.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the edges are deeply golden and crisp while the centers are tender.
