- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for another minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice to soak up the sauce.
- For extra crispiness, place cooked chicken in a warm oven (250°F) while preparing the sauce.
