Description

A golden, crispy flatbread topped with melty Brie, tart cranberries, toasted almonds, and fresh thyme—simple, elegant, and irresistibly delicious.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium flatbreads
  • 6 ounces Brie cheese, sliced thin
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Slice the Brie, chop the thyme, and toast the almonds in a dry skillet for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or use the preheated pizza stone.
  4. Brush flatbreads with olive oil. Layer on Brie, cranberries, almonds, and thyme.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  6. Drizzle with honey if using, cool for a minute, and slice to serve.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, bake directly on a pizza stone.
  • Don’t overload with toppings to keep the flatbread from becoming soggy.
