Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish made with tender beef, garlic, and Parmesan cheese tossed with bowtie pasta.

- 12 oz (340g) bowtie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring well.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return beef to the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor and melting.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or mushrooms for variation.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra creaminess.
