Description

A tangy and creamy dip featuring spicy pickled Italian-style giardiniera, blended with cream cheese and mayo — perfect for chips, veggies, sandwiches, or charcuterie boards!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup giardiniera (drained and finely chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped giardiniera, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, adjusting as needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers, chips, fresh veggies, or as a spread.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, use full-fat sour cream and mayo.
  • Adjust heat level by using more or less giardiniera with peppers.
  • Let the dip rest overnight for even better flavor infusion.
  • Stir before serving to redistribute any separated liquid.
