Description

A comforting, creamy chicken dish loaded with garlic, parmesan, and crispy golden potatoes. Perfect for cozy dinners or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless): 4 to 6 pieces
  • Baby Potatoes (halved): 1.5 pounds
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated): 1 cup
  • Garlic (minced): 6 cloves
  • Chicken Broth: 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt & Black Pepper: to taste
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped): for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Toss halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and butter to the hot skillet. Sear chicken thighs 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Dish: In same pan, sauté garlic in remaining butter. Add chicken broth and cream. Stir in parmesan and remaining seasoning.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Return chicken and potatoes to skillet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Finishing Touches: Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Spoon sauce over servings and enjoy warm.
