Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless): 4 to 6 pieces
- Baby Potatoes (halved): 1.5 pounds
- Heavy Cream: 1 cup
- Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated): 1 cup
- Garlic (minced): 6 cloves
- Chicken Broth: 1/2 cup
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt & Black Pepper: to taste
- Fresh Parsley (chopped): for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and butter to the hot skillet. Sear chicken thighs 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Assemble the Dish: In same pan, sauté garlic in remaining butter. Add chicken broth and cream. Stir in parmesan and remaining seasoning.
- Cook to Perfection: Return chicken and potatoes to skillet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Finishing Touches: Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve and Enjoy: Spoon sauce over servings and enjoy warm.
