- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 12 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Italian seasoning and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, followed by the drained pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
